Memorial Day Weekend

The most important thing about this weekend was that the Oakwood pool opened!  Yay!  We've been waiting for this since the day we got here in October because the kids had practically daily access to a pool in Angola and they were missing it.  But alas, we were back in the land of seasons and cold so the pool was closed for the winter and early spring.  Bri had to study all weekend for his the big Russian test on June 1, so he was studying every second he could.  Luckily the kids and I were completely entertained at the pool--they swam and I got to visit with other moms.  We spent literally hours Saturday and Monday there!


You can see in this pic that Thomas is holding himself, shivering.  He's cold!  It was an overcast day, not totally summer, but he suffered through it because he was determined to swim!
