In the school lobby, Mr. Martin, the music teacher, has his students practice and perform for different homework assignments or if they missed the winter concert. Savannah didn't have an assignment or miss the concert, but she agreed to play with her friends so they wouldn't be embarrassed by playing alone. Love that! Savannah has been learning the clarinet this year and has really put her heart into learning it. Apparently next year, the advanced band will be making a trip outside the country, so she's extra motivated. :)
All of the kids performed at the winter concert. Rhea sang with her class and Thomas and Savannah played the clarinet with their classes. They all did a great job!
It was not easy getting good pictures of everyone in the dark room especially from where I was sitting!
