The young women met at Chaoyang Park to do some laser tagging! O'Malley, Evie, and Kjirsten had guns that were compatible with each other, so we had plenty of equipment. We went to a place I had found for the combined Easter Egg hunt that we didn't end up doing there because the pollution moved us indoors. The location t was perfect for the laser tagging too--trees to hide behind, plenty of room to room, a little light to help us see, and it was off the beaten path of other park goers.
There's nothing like feeling the power of a laser tag gun. :)
O'Malley and the others gave us a little tutorial on how to use the gun, and then we were ready.
Kjirsten said she was going to crawl on the ground and I told her that I didn't believe her, so she got down in the dirt and showed me she was serious!
It was so fun! President Tanner, our district president, joined us running around and made it even more fun for the girls to have such a funny, ready, and willing target! These girls are awesome--so fun and helpful to each other! No drama, just pure fun.
