PASSPORTS!
Posted by Micky at Tuesday, August 19, 2014
Bri sat right next to me and filled out passport applications last night. We need Diplomatic passports as well as regular travel passports. We filled out about 20 pages (actually more like 23 if you count the mistakes). It took a few hours to fill them out and make sure we had the right forms, but we had fun realizing that the kids were getting a passport for their first time. And where do they get to go? Africa! Briant and I got passports after he graduated from law school so we could make a trip to Brazil where he served his mission. We really haven't used them since. Okay, maybe for ID purposes on the cruise to Mexico, but I can't really even remember. :)
We went this morning and took our pics at CVS and then on to FSI where we turned the applications in. $535 for the travel passports and another $60 for pics! Luckily the Diplomatic passports are free! Now we're on to getting vaccines...
