Bri's "Beard"

Believe it or not, we actually have to document the growth of "dad's beard" in our family journal/photo album.  The kids have never seen Bri with this much facial hair before.   Come to think of it, in 15 years of marriage next month, neither have I!  He really is not a "hairy" guy, so this growth came after two weeks of hard work. :) We all loved it, and loved the feel of it.  So the kids are lamenting that he is about to shave it off.  The beard started growing while he was at his "crash-bang" course for a week in West Virginia.  He had a whole week of doing manly things.  The training was geared toward dealing with and surviving embassy emergencies and crises, so you can imagine what that might entail.  Can't talk about it here.  :)  Needless to say, the testosterone was flowing and he decided to grow a beard!
