So while I was at school with the kids getting the tour and orientation, Briant was home receiving our UAB shipment from Virginia, and our HHE shipment that came from Angola. It was wonderful that we didn't have to wait even a week to get our things! It put me to work right away, but I guess that's good, especially when you don't have a car to go anywhere anyway. :)
The only problem was, that most of our HHE from Angola, required bookshelves and organizers to give places for everything in the boxes. We have a lot of books, etc. that ended up staying in boxes until our next HHE shipment from Virginia came. In Virginia we packed out a lot of IKEA bookshelves and organizers for the kids' toys and stuff (luckily we ended up only waiting one more month after this delivery for the rest of our stuff).
The kids were excited that all of our blankets arrived. These kids love being cozy!
