Thanksgiving missionary dinner

The girls and I helped again this year with the missionary Thanksgiving dinner.  It was great that with homeschooling, the Rhea and Savannah could actually come with me to set up.  The Barnes left in August so Elder and Sister Barkley were in charge of the dinner.  He asked us if we could help with the decorations.  We contributed some of our fake fall foliage for stage decor and then we "made" leaves.  The girls and I had fun walking around the yard and neighborhood looking for leaves that we could write words on.  Each leaf had something we could be grateful for written on it using the special markers Savannah got for her birthday.  The missionaries seemed to like them.  :)  We sprinkled little plastic pumpkins on the tables too.
Elder and Sister Barkley on the left with the mission president, President Pokhilko and his wife (from Ukraine).

The lovely sisters we came to love.
 And the awesome Elders!
We love our missionaries that are far from home!  We appreciate their service to the Lord and to us in Latvia!
